We are versed in anti-racism, gender equity and anti-oppression. Where we can, we choose to partner with experts in disability, LGBTQI+ inclusion and other specialisms to ensure voices with those lived experiences are being amplified, not spoken over. This work has to be authentic.

Well-spotted! After much learning and unlearning, we've personally opted out of using this buzzword as we believe that diversity is a given in our world. Beware the trap of focusing on representation when the path to that representation is inclusion...
